Our Guarantee
Signal Labs LLC stands behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or a product that does not meet our stated purity standards, we will make it right.
Eligible Returns
- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement
- Purity issues: If a product does not meet its stated purity specification, contact us with supporting documentation for a full refund or replacement
- Unopened items: May be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
Non-Eligible Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a verified quality issue.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Signal Labs LLC will cover return shipping costs for damaged, incorrect, or quality-related returns. Return shipping for non-quality-related returns is the responsibility of the customer.
