All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product once an order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Signal Labs LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and the customer.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide tracking details to support your claim.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Confirm that all items, quantities, and shipping information are correct, as orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed.
