Shipping Information

Signal Labs ships to addresses within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

Signal Labs cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with our terms or applicable regulations.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Refund Policy

Important: Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once products have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products not stored according to specifications
  • Custom or special orders

  2. Describe the issue and provide any relevant photographs
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
